Since the last six years of my academic career I have been interested on the analysis of food supply systems in Latin America and Europe. My personal and research interests has been focused on understand the different processes linked to affordability, access and a proper food supply in a particular region. Therefore, in this blog you will find information not only about me or my research, but also about local food production, Slow Food movement, buy local, Bio-food products, Food Tourism, among other social movements  and trends related with contemporary food systems.
